Project Detail
High-Rise Building Design
The design of the Manoir Champlain, a high-rise complex for seniors, was a project that was brilliantly executed by our team. The specifications for the residence with more than 200 units included several diverse amenities, giving our team many engineering challenges.
The building was designed to be a mini-village, with space for common areas, shops and services outside of the self-contained apartments. The building also has an in-ground indoor pool, which required contributions from our electrical and mechanical teams to realize. Close attention was paid to the ventilation system, the pool’s pump system as well as solving dehumidification challenges. The project realized a superior ventilation system, providing maximum comfort to its users.
Also we realized catches systems and services, as well as lighting the break, including outputs for hand dryers and hair dryers.
The main complex was directly connected to the electrical standards for the high-rise buildings because the discharge standards and protection of users are particularly strict and complex.
